Olga Sierra is Spaanse. Ze woont in Barcelona en zal daar als vrijwilliger gaan werken tijdens de Europese kampioenschappen. Daarnaast is ze ook bevriend met een van onze toppers, Gregory Sedoc. Met hem zal Olga wekelijks gaan corresponderen via deze site.

Hoe gaat het?
In Barcelona everything is OK. The sun is shining almost every day but it's not very hot, so it's perfect. I saw the results of your first competition of the season, the Gouden Spike. It was a good start! I'm very happy to see that you are getting better. Are you completely recovered from your injury in your harmstrings? I hope so!

My last 10k was in Lleida. It was quite hard because of the wind and because we had to climb up a ‘small' hill to cross the finish line. Really hard. But there were a lot of people and we had fun.

In 2 weeks I have a race in Barcelona again, called La Maquinista, and Barni will be there too. Running his 2nd race!! hehehe... Of course, I will run with him ;) Do you know what? I met Barni some days ago... in the gym!!!! Can you believe it??? He was training hard because he wants to be in good shape for the EK. He's doing very well. I'll let you know about the race.

Good news!!!!  I have already received the confirmation from the B10: I will be a volunteer in the Acreditation Area, from the 12th of July until the end of the Championships. My duties will be basically preparing and giving credentials. Nice, isn't it?
